1. What types of wigs do you offer?
We offer a wide range of high-quality wigs, including lace front wigs, full lace wigs, closure wigs, and our flagship Frontal Lace High Fiber Wigs. Our collection includes both synthetic and human hair options to suit different preferences and styles.
2. How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly on our website by browsing our catalog, selecting the products you want, and following the checkout process. If you need assistance, feel free to contact us via email or phone.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including Mpesa, Visa, Mastercard, and other major credit cards. All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways to ensure your information is protected.
4. Do you offer international shipping?
We currently offer nationwide delivery across Kenya through Fargo Courier, ensuring that your order reaches you no matter where you are. For international customers, we can arrange shipping using the most convenient method for you. Stay tuned as we work on expanding our shipping options further!
5. How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days within Kenya. For pre-orders, please refer to the estimated delivery date provided at the time of purchase. If there are any delays, we will notify you promptly.
6. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Some items, such as personalized products and intimate items, are non-returnable. For more details, please refer to our Returns Policy.
7. What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Email a photo of the damaged item to orders@salamawigs.co.ke, and we will assist you with the return or exchange process.
8. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the courier’s website. If you need further assistance, please contact us.
9. Can you customise my wig?
We currently offer lace cutting upon request. Simply give us a call or leave a note on the cart page before checkout, and we’ll take care of it for you!
10. How do I care for my wig?
To keep your wig looking its best, we recommend gently washing it with wig-friendly products, storing it on a wig stand, and avoiding excessive heat or styling. For more detailed care instructions, please visit our Wig Care Guide.
11. Can I cancel or modify my order?
You can cancel or modify your order before it has been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
