  1. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order to secure your item. Payment confirms your commitment to purchase the item once it becomes available.

  2. Estimated Delivery Date: The estimated delivery date for your pre-order will be provided at the time of purchase. Please note that this is an estimate, and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as manufacturing or shipping delays.

  3. Delivery: We will do our utmost to deliver your pre-ordered items within the timeframe indicated. However, please be aware that delays may occasionally occur. We will keep you informed of any changes to the expected delivery date.

  4. 100% Money-Back Guarantee: If your pre-ordered item is not delivered within 14 days after the indicated delivery date, you are entitled to a full refund. Simply contact us at orders@salamawigs.co.ke, and we will process your refund promptly.

  5. Cancellation: You may cancel your pre-order at any time before the item is shipped. In the event of cancellation, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

  6. Refund Process: Once your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card, MPESA, or original method of payment within seven working days.
